Lauren DePoe is a licensed REALTOR® based in Sedona, Arizona, serving clients throughout the Verde Valley. She has been licensed since 2002 and has lived in Sedona and the Verde Valley since 1968. Her roots in local real estate run deep — her father, John DePoe, opened the first Coldwell Banker residential brokerage office in the country, right here in Sedona in the 1980s.

Lauren also served as CEO of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® from 2021 through 2024, giving her a unique perspective on market trends, policy, and industry leadership.
